GuessSpark Privacy Policy

GuessSpark: Picture Quiz is published by Sweet Phoenix Creations (Pty) Ltd. We designed the game to be enjoyable without advertising, accounts, or unnecessary collection of personal information.

Information we collect

GuessSpark does not collect, store, or sell personal information. The game does not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. Game progress, settings, hints, and coin balances are stored locally on the device.

In-app purchases

Optional coin packs are processed by Apple through the App Store or by Google through Google Play. Sweet Phoenix Creations does not receive or store payment-card details. Apple and Google may process purchase and transaction information under their own privacy policies.

Sharing

The optional share button lets the user share a puzzle screenshot using the device's system sharing menu. GuessSpark does not upload or retain the screenshot. The user chooses whether to share it and which service receives it.

Children's privacy

The game does not request names, email addresses, precise location, contacts, camera access, microphone access, advertising identifiers, or account sign-in. If we add features that change these practices, this policy and the relevant store disclosures will be updated before release.

Data retention and deletion

Because game data is stored locally, it can be removed by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app. We do not hold a server-side copy.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the game or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the latest version.
