We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. We provide a 30-day bug-fix warranty after project delivery, covering defects in our work that were not present at time of acceptance.
We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that third-party integrations (payment gateways, APIs, hosting) will remain available or unchanged.
THE WEBSITE AND ANY CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
Sweet Phoenix Creations also publishes its own software applications, including LogLane, ComplianceGuard, FieldCard FSM, Symptone Care, SymptoPet, Symptone Family, TallyTasker and QuoteChaser. These apps are provided "as is" and "as available", for general informational, personal and organisational purposes only, and are used entirely at your own risk.

They do not provide medical, veterinary, clinical, diagnostic or treatment advice, and are not a substitute for professional judgement. Not financial or tax advice. Our business and productivity apps — including TallyTasker and QuoteChaser — help you record and organise your own information. They do not provide financial, tax, accounting or legal advice. You remain solely responsible for verifying all figures and for meeting your own tax, legal and financial obligations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sweet Phoenix Creations accepts no liability for any decision made, action taken, or loss or harm of any kind arising from your use of, or reliance on, any of our apps or their content.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sweet Phoenix Creations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or health outcomes, arising from your use of our services, website, or apps. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim (and where no amount was paid, our liability is limited to ZAR 1,000).
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your business information, project details, or trade secrets to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. We expect the same standard of confidentiality from clients regarding our proprietary methodologies and tools.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
